Steven V. Raso, Principal

Mr. Raso has been principal of Landmark since 2006. He is responsible for corporate direction, financial systems and operational growth of the organization. With 25 plus years of experience in the long term care industry he has extensive experience in operations, acquisitions, finance, reimbursement, purchasing, operationally systems, rehabilitative programming, clinical reimbursement, and turnaround management. While at Landmark Mr. Raso has supervised and coordinated the progressive turnaround development of many long term care assets for both the affiliated entities and for outside third party clients alike. Prior to this role Mr. Raso was SVP of Operations for Harborside Healthcare (HBR), a publically held long term care organization. He presided as an officer of the company and assisted in its growth development from 5 to 51 centers. In this capacity he oversaw all of the organizations 51 nursing centers, located in 9 states and managed all six regional interdisciplinary functional line teams. He also co-developed two of the organizations ancillary divisions, the first being Theracor Rehabilitative Service which at one point in time had over 100 affiliated and nonaffiliated therapy contracts. The second was HBR's Ready-Nurse division, a staffing and recruitment division that is still in existence today. Prior to his operational duties at HBR, Mr. Raso also held the position of SVP of Reimbursement and Finance. For a brief time in 1994 Mr. Raso also served as VP of Operations for Healthbridge Management. With a combined education in both operational and finance he has a proven track record for increasing profitability and EBITDA. He has successfully managed numerous turnaround operations for distressed nursing centers. Mr. Raso holds both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Associates in Management from Bentley College.
